HeyOtti is an activity planner for cruises and trips: it gathers activities from external providers, analyses them with the help of artificial intelligence and proposes a selection and a day-by-day itinerary tailored to your preferences, the time available at each destination and the forecast weather.

By using HeyOtti you accept these terms. If you disagree with any of them, please do not use the service.

HeyOtti is free. To prevent abuse we apply reasonable usage limits (e.g. number of reports per period); generating additional reports may require verifying your email.

You agree to personal, reasonable use: bulk data extraction (scraping), reselling the service, or attempting to bypass usage limits or security measures is not allowed.

Activities, prices, schedules, photos and availability come from external providers (Viator, Tiqets, Google Places, among others) and may change or contain errors. Prices are indicative and may be shown in different currencies depending on the provider. Always verify the details on the provider’s site before booking.

In particular, the times shown by HeyOtti (activity start times, opening and closing hours, itinerary slots) are indicative: they reflect what the provider published at the time of the query and may change without notice, even after booking. The binding schedule is the one in your booking confirmation and whatever the provider communicates; HeyOtti is not responsible for such changes or their consequences.

Bookings are made on the corresponding provider’s website: HeyOtti does not sell activities or accommodation, is not a party to the purchase contract and does not provide the travel services. Any issue with a booking must be handled with the provider.

Links to activity, accommodation and transport providers are affiliate links: if you book through them, HeyOtti may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This does not alter our recommendations, which are computed from your preferences.

HeyOtti’s recommendations, itineraries and texts are generated automatically with the help of AI models and are indicative. They may contain errors or omissions: opening hours, travel times, weather forecasts, public holidays or closures may not be accurate.

You are responsible for verifying the critical details of your trip; in particular, if you travel on a cruise, the all-aboard time is set by your cruise line and you must always check it in your boarding documentation.

HeyOtti is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continued availability or accuracy of content. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from decisions based on the recommendations (e.g. missing an excursion, a transfer or the return to your ship) or from third-party content or services we link to.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law grants you in a non-waivable way.

The HeyOtti brand, the Otti character, the design and the software of the service belong to their owner. Third-party content (activity descriptions, photos) belongs to its respective owners and is displayed with their authorisation or under their licence terms.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of your domicile.

We may update these terms; the date on this page indicates the current version. Using the service after a change implies acceptance.
